Full Job Description

JOB PURPOSE:

PRN Nurse will travel to assigned client locations to perform Initial Admissions and follow-up visits via Assessments within the Client's place of residence. RN will evaluate the patient's condition and complete appropriate clinical documentation under the direction of the Nursing Supervisor or Director. RN will implement and update the Patient Care Plan in conjunction with the patient and family to assist them in achieving optimal resolution of needs/problems, document, and report to the Nursing Supervisor. Positions available ASAP

Licensure/Certification Requirements:

Unrestricted NC Registered Nursing License Required

Current CPR certification

TB Test

Additional Requirements

NC driver's license in good standing, Active Car Insurance

Current TB

Current CPR

Must work well independently, enjoy problem-solving solving and understand the importance of accurate documentation

Experience:

Minimum Nursing: 1 year (Preferred)
