About This Position
Brighter Heights Maine seeks a dependable and mature Administrative Assistant for our Yarmouth office. This role involves managing the front desk responsibilities and is the face and voice of Brighter Heights for many of our clie; assisting clients with paperwork; supporting programs and field staff by tracking services, uploading documents, faxing; and other administrative tasks such as records requests and working with DocuSign.

Pay: $19
Hours: Full time 8am-4pm
Education: high school diploma or GED, Associates degree preferred
Experience:
- at least 2 years administrative experience
- behavioral health admin experience is a big plus
- computer and phone system savvy
- friendly, empathetic and nonjudgmental qualities are required
- comfort with multitasking and managing priorities
- must be comfortable with Excel, Outlook, other programs and using databases
Responsibilities:
- manage front desk /reception, answer phones and greet clients
- track services and support office and field staff
- assist clients with paperwork when needed
- order office and group home supplies
- make appointment reminder phone calls to clients
- manages the use of rental cars
