- Lead fundraising efforts in India, including sourcing, pitching, and securing commitments from LPs such as family offices, institutional investors, and strategic partners
- Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders including investors, healthcare leaders, regulators, and government entities
- Develop and execute market entry strategies, positioning the organization as a leading player in the local ecosystem
- Establish a strong network to validate market opportunities and support future venture creation
- Transition into venture building post-fund close, identifying new opportunities, sourcing founders, and launching scalable healthcare businesses
- Structure strategic partnerships with healthcare systems, corporates, and investment partners
- Potentially take on broader leadership responsibilities, including overseeing regional operations and growth initiatives
Requirements:
- 12+ years of experience in venture capital, private equity, entrepreneurship, or a related field
- Proven track record in fundraising, deal-making, or building and scaling businesses
- Strong network across investors, healthcare stakeholders, or entrepreneurial ecosystems
- Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Entrepreneurial mindset with high ownership, resilience, and ability to operate in ambiguous environments
- Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking capabilities
- Experience leveraging AI or emerging technologies to enhance productivity and decision-making
- Nice to have: background as a founder or early-stage operator, experience with successful exits, or top-tier academic credentials
