Johnson Automotive is now accepting applications for a Full-Time Experienced Automotive Title Clerk! We are seeking a friendly, goal-oriented individual with a positive attitude to fill this open position!

Responsibilities:

Process all new and used vehicles for registration for the state of NC
Prepare tag and title documents.
Submit all appropriate documents to the Department of Motor Vehicles.
Compile and maintain a complete list of all outstanding title work.
Maintain assigned accounting schedules and reconcile assigned general ledger accounts
Processing state title and registration applications
Resolve titling issues as necessary
Confirm all information on titles, odometers, and lien information
Perform other duties as requested

Required Qualifications and Skills:

* Must have a minimum of 1 year of Automotive Title experience;

* Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment;

* Must be self-motivated and have the ability to work in a team environment;

* Exhibit a neat, clean and professional appearance;

* Possess excellent verbal communication skills and speak proper grammar;

* Positive attitude and friendly demeanor;

* Must be a Notary Public for the State of NC

* Experience with CDK and CVR online titling system is highly recommended but not required

* Proficient knowledge of NC DMV common forms, rules & regulations for different types of transactions
