Remote Services Consultant
This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Professional Services Consultant - REMOTE. In this role, you will collaborate with laboratories and their teams to effectively utilize our solutions, enhancing healthcare outcomes. Your expertise will drive the successful implementation of projects, ensuring client satisfaction and timely delivery. Additionally, you will provide mentorship for workflow planning based on best practices, reinforcing your impact on maximizing clients return on investment. Accountabilities- Leverage AI-enabled tools for implementation planning and client communications.
- Consult with stakeholders to ensure project scope aligns with customer expectations.
- Conduct implementations and upgrades demonstrating knowledge of procedures and guidelines.
- Guide clients on best practices for maximum efficiency using provided recommendations.
- Conduct training sessions for clients during the implementation process.
- Provide feedback to improve processes based on client and departmental input.
- Travel to client sites for installations following procedural guidelines.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction throughout engagements.
- Resolve project issues or escalate when necessary.
- Collaborate with and mentor other consultants to enhance product knowledge.
- Organize and prioritize tasks to ensure timely project completion.
- Complete additional projects as assigned.
- Experience with AI-assisted workflow analysis tools.
- Ability to manage projects independently from start to finish.
- Understanding of client workflow concepts related to software applications.
- Ability to make recommendations based on system interactions.
- Strong communication and presentation skills across organizational levels.
- Proficient analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience in developing and improving workflow processes.
- Knowledge of various programming languages is preferred.
