This role offers the opportunity to lead and grow a high-performing team of Executive Assistants while providing direct support to senior executives. You will play a critical role in shaping operational efficiency, ensuring seamless scheduling, and managing complex projects across the organization. The position combines people leadership, process improvement, and hands-on executive support, requiring strategic thinking, organizational expertise, and excellent communication. You will coach team members, manage performance, and implement best practices to elevate the overall function of the executive support team. This is a fully remote role with a dynamic, collaborative, and high-impact environment where your leadership will directly influence team success and executive productivity.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 6–7 Executive Assistants, fostering professional growth and skill development
- Oversee team operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and workload management to meet executive support needs
- Conduct performance reviews, provide coaching, and manage accountability for team standards and practices
- Collaborate with leadership to implement process improvements, best practices, and operational efficiencies
- Provide executive-level support, including complex calendar management, travel coordination, and administrative projects
- Manage incoming requests on behalf of executives, ensuring priorities are addressed efficiently
- Support special projects, reporting, presentations, and expense reconciliation as required
- Enhance team engagement and culture through proactive initiatives and actionable insights from engagement surveys
- 5+ years of professional experience with at least 2 years providing support to senior-level executives and 2 years in people management
- Expertise in Microsoft 365, with familiarity in Concur, Slack, and SharePoint
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, able to interact effectively across all organizational levels
- Experience managing complex schedules, travel logistics, and administrative workflows
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and projects efficiently
- Comfortable using AI tools or adopting AI-driven technologies to optimize workflows and decision-making
- Competitive base salary based on location:
- Colorado: $100,300–$160,500
- Washington: $100,300–$177,200
- California: $100,300–$194,300
- New York City: $121,300–$194,300
- Eligibility for annual performance-based bonuses
