About This Position
Job Summary: The daytime dispatcher is a part-time position in the Outreach Coordination Center (OCC). The daytime dispatcher is the primary point of contact for the daytime outreach teams. This role is responsible for answering the Homeless Outreach Hotline, documenting incoming calls, dispatching outreach teams, problem-solving and completing data entry. |
