Lifeguard at AW Holdings LLC – Fort Wayne, Indiana

Camp Red Cedar is seeking a responsible and attentive Summer Lifeguard to join our team for the upcoming summer season. As a lifeguard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of all campers and staff while they enjoy our swimming facilities.

Responsibilities:

- Monitor the pond area and enforce all safety rules and regulations

- Respond quickly and effectively to any emergencies or incidents that may arise

- Maintain a clean and organized area

- Attend all required trainings and meetings

- Assist with other waterfront camp activities as needed

Qualifications:

- Must be at least 18 years old, preferred

- Possess current lifeguard certification from a recognized organization

- Strong swimming skills and physical fitness

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work well in a team environment

- Must be available to work Monday-Friday (12-4pm)
