Taco John's has a position open for an Assistant Manager/Restaurant Manager. This full-time position supports the General Manager (GM) and is in charge of the restaurant when the GM is not present. Responsibilities include:

• Helps with the daily operations of restaurant
• Aids in the hiring and training a great team
• Manages all areas in front and back of house
• Ensures food quality
• Manages food and labor costs
• Guarantees the team provides great Customer Service
• Maintains exceptional cleanliness of the restaurant, inside and out

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years' restaurant management experience preferred
• Food service experience a plus
• Demonstrated ability to drive customer satisfaction, financial performance and build a great team
• Must be reliable and willing to work in a fast-paced environment
