Essential:
Proven experience launching and growing brands on TikTok Shop, including building high-engagement TikTok accounts.
Hands-on experience launching or managing a fashion brand on TikTok Shop.
Strong understanding of TikTok culture, trends, and the creator ecosystem.
Overall purpose of the role:
As TikTok Shop Account Manager, you will lead the strategy, planning and execution of social commerce and content initiatives across clients within Stellar’s portfolio, driving measurable growth in brand visibility, engagement and revenue. You will oversee end-to-end delivery of content and live commerce activity across TikTok Shop and TikTok Live, ensuring creative excellence is balanced with strong commercial performance.
Working closely with clients, creators, affiliates and internal teams, you will develop data-led strategies, manage content calendars, optimise trading moments, work with creators and affiliates, deliver ad campaigns, and analyse performance metrics to continually refine approach and maximise ROI. In addition to managing existing accounts, you will support new business development by contributing to pitches, shaping proposals and identifying growth opportunities, positioning Stellar as a leading partner in social commerce and content innovation.
About Stellar Global:
Develop and execute TikTok Shop and TikTok content/ ad strategies for clients, aligning activity with brand objectives, audience insights, platform trends and commercial targets.
Plan, oversee and contribute to the creation of high-performing, conversion-led content, ensuring output is on-brand, culturally relevant and optimised for both engagement and revenue growth.
Lead the planning and execution of TikTok Lives and other live social sessions, including scripting, creator briefing, offer structuring and performance optimisation to maximise sales and real-time engagement.
Act as a platform specialist within Stellar, proactively upskilling internal teams and clients on emerging features, best practices across TikTok Shop and TikTok.
Oversee paid social campaigns across TikTok, including ad creative direction, targeting strategy, budget management and performance tracking to drive reach, conversions and ROI.
Identify, engage and manage relationships with creators and influencers, negotiating deliverables, briefing on content expectations and ensuring output aligns with both brand and platform performance goals.

- Competitive salary + bonus, subject to KPIs
- 37.5 hours per week, 5 days, fully flexible between Mon-Fri
- Working shift: 9am-5.30pm
- 4 days per week in the office - Stellar HQ ( London Bridge area) due to live stream and content creation
