Gregory Construction is seeking students for a Superintendent Co-op opportunity designed for those looking to gain extended field experience during a spring or fall semester. This role provides hands-on involvement in active heavy civil construction projects across multiple states.

Gregory Construction specializes in heavy civil construction, including earthwork, utilities, concrete structures, and roadway construction. Our teams focus on building infrastructure safely and efficiently while developing future construction leaders.

This role is ideal for students interested in field operations, leadership, and long-term jobsite experience.

What You’ll Do

• Support daily field operations and crew coordination

• Assist with scheduling, logistics, and production tracking

• Participate in safety planning and jobsite leadership

• Coordinate materials, equipment, and subcontractors

• Work closely with superintendents on project execution

What We’re Looking For

• Students pursuing Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related degrees

• Ability to commit to a semester-long co-op

• Willingness and ability to travel regularly

• Strong initiative and accountability
