This Opportunity:
- Providing expertise on a wide variety of GIS-related projects for both internal and external clients
- Performing data analysis, advanced map development, configuration of web-based GIS solutions, and developing automation in the ArcGIS environment
- Applying knowledge of GIS to a variety of projects for analytical, land use, and environmental purposes
- Compiling, analyzing and preparing data, Story Maps, maps and mapping applications for various project types and practices
- Maintaining geographic information system data sets, according to evolving needs and resources including digitizing, editing, research, creation, calculation and editing of attributes and merging data from different sources, data sets, applications and procedures
- Creating, maintaining and conducting quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) of geographic data sets using a variety of software and source data
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science degree in Geography, Computer Science, or GIS-related field from an accredited college or university
- Progressively responsible experience in developing, integrating, implementing, and maintaining GIS technologies and applications Extensive experience with Esri software, especially ArcGIS Pro 3.3 and ArcGIS Online
- Experience in developing automation within the ArcGIS environment using scripting languages such as SQL, Arcade or Python Experience configuring ArcGIS Field Maps and other Esri mobile applications
- Experience with high-accuracy GPS data collection
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients
- Ability to work in both an independent and team environment and the ability to work/accomplish tasks with little supervision
- Ability to travel as needed for team meetings, client consultations, on-site inspections/visits, etc; Occasional overnight travel may be required
Preferred Qualifications:
- A minimum of five (5) years of experience.
- Experience with GIS data integration with civil engineering processes and software such as AutoCAD and Civil3D.
- Experience with asset/infrastructure management softwares and associated GIS data integration.

Base compensation is expected to be in the range of $34 and $48 per hour based on skill set and experience. Check out our full benefits package at SEH Hiring Journey.
