- Develop and execute strategic sales initiatives to drive business growth and market expansion across the EMEA region.
- Identify, develop, and close new enterprise opportunities with DSPs, SSPs, exchanges, publishers, ad networks, and other digital advertising stakeholders.
- Build and manage strategic partnerships that support long-term revenue growth and strengthen market positioning.
- Own the full sales cycle, including prospecting, proposal creation, pricing negotiations, contract management, and deal closure.
- Consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets while maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified business opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with product, marketing, customer success, and leadership teams to align commercial strategies with market needs and product development.
- Act as a thought leader within the ad-tech industry by contributing insights that support innovation, product enhancements, and strategic business decisions.
- Monitor industry trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging opportunities within CTV, programmatic advertising, fraud prevention, privacy, and compliance technologies.
- Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and strategic customer engagements to strengthen brand visibility and industry relationships.
- 7+ years of experience in ad-tech sales, business development, or strategic partnerships within digital advertising environments.
- Strong expertise in Connected TV (CTV), DSPs, SSPs, exchanges, publishers, and programmatic advertising ecosystems.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and successfully closing complex enterprise technology deals.
- Experience selling advanced advertising technology, compliance, verification, analytics, or fraud prevention solutions.
- Demonstrated success in developing and scaling strategic partnerships across the digital advertising industry.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify market opportunities and execute growth strategies effectively.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
