Accountabilities:
  • Lead the development and execution of strategic marketing plans for liquid biopsy and MRD product portfolios, aligning with business objectives and market opportunities
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product management, sales, analytics, and clinical teams to define positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies
  • Drive market segmentation, persona development, and customer insights to optimize targeting and campaign effectiveness
  • Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns, including digital initiatives, events, and lead generation programs
  • Partner with analytics teams to assess campaign performance, measure ROI, and refine strategies based on data-driven insights
  • Support product roadmap development by incorporating market trends, competitive intelligence, and voice-of-customer feedback
  • Develop sales enablement tools and marketing assets to support field teams and enhance customer engagement

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • 10+ years of progressive marketing experience within life sciences, diagnostics, or healthcare sectors
  • Proven expertise in oncology diagnostics, particularly in liquid biopsy and MRD solutions
  • Strong ability to translate complex scientific and clinical data into clear, compelling marketing strategies
  • Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional projects and delivering results in dynamic environments
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and storytelling skills with a data-driven mindset
  • Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms, including CRM and marketing automation systems
  • Ability to travel as needed (approximately up to 20%)
