Full Time Opportunity
Visit customers with delinquent accounts and attempts to secure payments.
This position is considered a floater, covering routes in the north region of Puerto Rico like Barceloneta, Manatí, Ciales, Morovis and Orocovis. It also provides support to our call center located in Mayaguez, if necessary.
Contacts customers in person to encourage and secure payment of delinquent accounts. Provides orientation to customer concerning payment alternatives, debt restructuring and obtains payment promise. Follows-up on payment promises. Receives payments and posts amount paid to customer accounts. Records information about financial status of customers and status of collection efforts. Must be able to provide call center support as required.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
24 credits approved from a University or Accredited Institution or equivalent combination of education and experience.
At least one year of related experience in external collections and customer service.
• Positive attitude
• Ability to handle claims during visits or over the phone
• Willing to work under pressure
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Outlook)
Monday to Friday from 9:00AM to 6:00PM.
