Warehouse Picking & Packing Associate at CMI-HR Facility Solutions – Columbus, Ohio

The Picking & Packing Associate is responsible for accurately selecting, preparing, and packaging products for shipment in a warehouse or distribution environment. This role ensures orders are completed efficiently, safely, and according to quality standards.

• Pick products accurately based on order tickets, RF scanners, or system instructions

• Pack items securely and label shipments correctly

• Verify order accuracy before shipment

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Follow safety guidelines and warehouse procedures

• Meet productivity and quality standards

• Assist with inventory control and restocking as needed

• Work collaboratively with warehouse and operations teams

• Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience preferred (not required)

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 40–50 lbs

• Basic understanding of warehouse operations

• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

• Reliable attendance and punctuality

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Background check required
