  • Prioritize and manage the product backlog, balancing new features, technical improvements, and strategic initiatives.
  • Conduct research and analysis of customer needs, competitive products, and market trends within private aviation.
  • Partner with engineering leads to shape technical architecture decisions aligned with product goals.
  • Champion user experience and operational reliability across flight search, booking, trip management, and communications features.
  • Use data and analytics to evaluate performance, measure KPIs, and continuously optimize user journeys.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities-

  • Proven success in managing cross-functional software products through the full lifecycle from concept to release.
  • Strong understanding of customer experience design, user research, and analytical tools.
  • Familiarity with agile product development, including backlog management and sprint planning using tools like ClickUp, Jira, or similar.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to align teams around a shared vision.
  • Technical fluency in API-integrated products, mobile/web frameworks, and data-driven decision making.
  • Background in B2C and B2B product strategy within luxury travel or transportation.
  • Experience leading cross-platform (mobile and web) initiatives.
  • Knowledge of CRM, analytics, or marketing automation tools for customer engagement.

Education & Experience-

  • 7+ years of product management experience
  • Experience working in aviation, travel technology, or other logistics-driven industries is highly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Schedule & Travel-

  • The typical work schedule includes five 8-hour shifts assigned to one of the established schedules within the department. Nights, weekends and/or holidays may be required to support the needs of the organization.
  • Ability to travel as needed up to 10%.
