Order-to-Cash Operations Lead (Remote)
This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Order-to-Cash Manager - REMOTE. In this role, you will have a significant impact on our Go-to-Market Finance organization by bridging finance, strategy, and operations. You'll drive business insights, identify growth opportunities, and lead operational transformations. Collaborating with various teams, you'll translate high-level goals into tangible outcomes across key functions. Accountabilities- Own and execute end-to-end initiatives across Order-to-Cash, enhancing productivity and scalability.
- Navigate complexity to secure buy-in for new processes and system improvements.
- Translate data trends into actionable business insights and operational triggers.
- Partner with leaders to identify and communicate the operational implications behind data findings.
- Perform data analysis to support operational initiatives, identify opportunities, and measure impact.
- Collaborate with managers to establish a long-term roadmap addressing operational bottlenecks.
- 8+ years of experience in Finance Operations, Revenue Operations, or related fields in a SaaS environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related discipline.
- Proven track record of transforming conceptual problems into operational solutions.
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration and building consensus among varied stakeholders.
- Ability to influence teams without direct authority.
- Strong analytical skills to uncover root causes of operational issues.
- Capacity to simplify complex workflows into clear processes.
- Experience with basic data analysis to identify business risks and opportunities.
- Familiarity with SaaS, technology sectors, and high-growth environments.
- Solid understanding of traditional finance concepts like revenue recognition and billing logic.
- SQL proficiency is a plus.
