Opened in September 2024, The Seville offers an elevated living experience with thoughtfully designed spaces, high-end finishes, and a commitment to exceptional care and service.

Operated by Momentum Senior Living, The Seville is focused on delivering a premier environment for residents, families, and team members, combining hospitality, clinical excellence, and operational strength.

The Interim Director of Health & Wellness is responsible for overseeing all clinical operations within the community, including assisted living and memory care services. This role will provide leadership, stability, and oversight during a temporary leave of absence, ensuring continuity of care, regulatory compliance, and team performance.

This is a temporary leadership assignment with potential for extension based on business needs.

• Lead and oversee all clinical operations to ensure high-quality, resident-centered care
• Supervise and support licensed nurses and caregiving staff, ensuring strong team performance and accountability
• Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, including RCFE requirements and HIPAA standards
• Ensure proper staffing levels and 24-hour clinical coverage
• Oversee resident assessments, care planning, and clinical documentation
• Coordinate care with physicians, home health, hospice, and external providers
• Support ongoing clinical training and staff development
• Monitor and maintain medical records and compliance documentation
• Maintain a visible leadership presence with residents, families, and staff
• Partner with the Executive Director and leadership team to ensure operational success

• Current RN or LVN license in California
• Minimum 2–3 years of nursing leadership experience, preferably in assisted living, memory care, or long-term care
• Strong knowledge of geriatric care and regulatory compliance
• Experience managing clinical teams in a 24/7 environment
• Ability to step into a leadership role quickly and provide immediate operational stability
• Strong communication and organizational skills
