Helpdesk Technician at Eagle Rock Properties – Plainview, New York

We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated Helpdesk technician with outstanding troubleshooting and communication skills to provide hardware and software end user support. Individuals should have a strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Provide remote and on-site end-user technical support
• Upgrade, maintain and troubleshoot desktop hardware and software
• Productivity application support (Microsoft Office 365 Suite, Teams, OneDrive)
• Provision and troubleshoot mobile devices (iPhones and iPads)
• Maintain Printers, Scanners, and Multifunction devices
• Maintain and troubleshoot VPN and Remote Access connectivity
• Onboard and Offboard personnel as needed
• Create, update, and maintain support documentation, tickets, and procedures
• Support in the provision of new branch offices
• Occasional travel to remote offices

• Microsoft Windows 10 and 11
• Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP
• Microsoft Intune Mobile Device Management (MDM)
• Microsoft 365, Azure AD
• Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Must have a car and valid driver’s license

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in an IT support role
• IT certifications preferred (ex: CompTIA A+, Net+, Microsoft MCP)
