Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) credential preferred but not required.
- Experience working in a medical office or clinical setting.
- Basic CPR certification.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and check in patients, verifying personal and insurance information accurately.
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments using electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Answer phone calls, respond to patient inquiries, and direct calls to appropriate medical staff.
- Assist healthcare providers with clinical tasks such as taking vital signs, preparing patients for examinations, and documenting medical histories.
- Maintain and update patient records in compliance with privacy regulations and office protocols.
- Coordinate patient flow to minimize wait times and ensure timely care delivery.
- Manage billing and insurance documentation to support claims processing.
- Ensure the reception area is organized, clean, and stocked with necessary supplies.
