Daytime Receptionist

We offer a full-service facility to meet all our customers’ automotive needs. We’re looking to add a part-time Receptionist to our growing team. If you’re good with details and great with people, we want to talk to you!

Duties:

• Greet customers from the front desk as they enter the dealership and assist them with their needs.
• Answer incoming phone calls in a friendly manner.
• Direct and transfer calls throughout the dealership to specific departments or personnel as requested by the customer.
• Clearly communicate messages as needed to sales, parts, and service.
• Effectively use computer software to complete tasks.
• Scan documents for the service department.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Must have a passion for outstanding customer service for in-person and phone customers.
• Must have some computer knowledge.
• Possess attention to detail.
• Professional appearance.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
