• Manufacturing industry experience
• Cost Accounting and Labor absorption
• Experience with cash forecasting and management
• Strong knowledge of GAAP
• Understanding of consolidated financial reporting for multiple entities
• Direct experience managing CapEx and inventory within a plant or manufacturing environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare budgeting reports for the company and individual departments.
• Manage the monthly accounting close and ensure timely, accurate financial statements.
• Maintain corporate accounting policies and ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls.
• Support consolidated financial reporting across multiple entities.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and corporate policies.
• Perform cost analysis, including standard costing, variance analysis, and labor absorption.
• Apply cost accounting expertise in labor?based consumer goods manufacturing environments.
• Manage inventory accounting, including annual physical inventory across all sites.
• Maintain accurate plant P&L, annual budgets, and financial controls.
• Guide plant management in originating CapEx requests aligned with operational and strategic priorities.
• Prepare and review financial analyses supporting CapEx submissions, including ROI, cost projections, and savings.
• Conduct post?CapEx audits to evaluate actual performance versus approved forecasts.
• Lead cash forecasting and management to support operational liquidity.
• Drive forecasting and budget planning for plant and corporate operations.
• Analyze financial data, economic trends, and operational metrics to support decision?making.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Manufacturing industry experience required.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and internal control frameworks.
• Experience with consolidated financial reporting for multiple entities.
• Proficiency in cash forecasting and management.
• Monthly financial statement preparation and account analysis experience.
• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables).
• Thorough knowledge of accounting principles, procedures, and legislation.

Salary Range:

$115K-$125K
