RN - Infection Preventionist at Coeur D'Alene Health and Rehabilitation of Cascadia – Coeur d' Alene, Idaho

We’re looking for a skilled, proactive RN - Infection Preventionist to champion safety and quality in our skilled nursing facility. If you’re passionate about preventing infections, educating staff, and ensuring residents thrive in a safe environment — this role is for you.

• Lead our Infection Prevention & Control Program
• Track, trend, and report infection data
• Educate staff on best practices and safety protocols
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
• Partner with leadership to keep our residents healthy and protected

• Current RN license
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Knowledge of infection control practices (IPC/CDC guidelines)
• Great communicator and team collaborator
• Experience in skilled nursing preferred

Qualifications

Education

Graduate of an accredited RN School of Nursing. BSN preferred.

Licenses/Certification

Current RN Licensure in the State employed.

Valid CPR Certification.

Experience

Six months experience in a long-term care environment preferred.
