- Serve as the subject matter expert on ABM platforms, providing guidance, best practices, and technical support to marketing teams.
- Maintain, optimize, and govern ABM technologies and workflows to ensure effective campaign execution and high-quality data.
- Collaborate with campaign, operations, digital, SDR, and agency teams to plan, build, launch, and optimize engagement programs.
- Guide regional marketing teams in designing and deploying audience strategies for omni-channel programs.
- Support ABM strategy development, piloting new approaches, and implementing best practices across global marketing efforts.
- Measure and report on campaign performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and informing strategic decisions.
- Minimum of 2 years hands-on experience with 6sense or other account-based revenue platforms.
- 5+ years of experience with marketing automation platforms (MAP) and CRM systems, preferably Marketo and Salesforce.
- Proven ability to build complex workflows and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Experience collaborating with technical teams and translating technical concepts for business users.
- Skilled in training, enablement, and guiding adoption of marketing technologies across teams.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
- Strategic thinker with a focus on business outcomes and driving marketing efficiency.
