Position Summary

The Field Operations Productivity Specialist supports operational efficiency across all Field Operations and Field Service Districts in North America. The role coordinates cross-functional initiatives related to fleet management, asset tagging, installation and service project management, and field-level process execution.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate functional projects including Fleet Management and Asset Tagging audits.
• Conduct audits for installations.
• Identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.
• Serve as a central coordination point among leadership and field teams.

Required Qualifications

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Understanding of field operations and service workflows.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Experience working cross-functionally across Operations, Billing, Monitoring, and IT.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
