About the role

Location: Kerava factory

Sales order processing and customer service of Marioff Operations organization.

What your day might look like:

• Schedule and confirm the new incoming customer orders
• Review the production and purchase orders updated lead times and reconfirm the customer orders accordingly
• Report customer orders delay reasons to reporting
• Reply the customer support request

Your main responsibilities:

• Scheduling and confirming of customer orders
• Customer communication about the deliveries
• Cooperation with 3PL logistic partner

What we expect from you:

• Studies in Business, Engineering or Logistics or you are recently graduated
• Customer focus
• Fluent Finnish and English, both spoken and written
• Ability to work systematically and good prioritization skills in a fast changing environment
• Open mind and eagerness to learn
