This is not your typical manufacturing sales role. As part of our Motorsports & Carts Division, you’ll work with cutting-edge products, represent CTECH at premier events, and play a key role in delivering high-performance solutions where precision and reliability matter most.

• Be part of the motorsports action, representing CTECH at 9–12 major venues each year, including NASCAR events, motorsports race weekends, NFL partnerships, and golf industry showcases
• Meet and work alongside drivers, crews, athletes, and industry leaders
• Gain hands-on product experience and deep technical knowledge
• Combine inside technical sales with real-world brand representation
• Travel 15–20%, including some weekends and summer events

CTECH Manufacturing is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Technical Sales Representative to support our Motorsports & Carts Division. This role is critical in managing orders, supporting dealers and customers, and becoming a product expert in our carts, cabinets, and drawer systems. You’ll collaborate closely with engineering, production, and sales while helping showcase CTECH products on a national stage.

We train from the ground up to set you up for success:

• Hands-on production training: Spend time on the drawer assembly line during your first 30 days to build real product knowledge

System training: Learn and utilize industry tools including:

• Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Email)
• Oro Commerce (order processing & dealer support)
• BOM Fusion (engineering-based orders)
• Toe Kick (order tracking & help desk)
• RingCentral (phone system)
• Slack (internal communication)
• Individual training plan focused on your strengths and career goals

Key Responsibilities

• Process and manage technical sales orders with accuracy and efficiency
• Serve as a primary point of contact for dealers and customers
• Provide product, order, and technical support for motorsports and carts products
• Coordinate with engineering and production on custom and engineered orders
• Maintain order tracking systems and ensure customer satisfaction
• Represent CTECH Manufacturing at motorsports and professional sports venues as needed
  
  

• Strong technical aptitude and eagerness to learn manufacturing processes
• Ability to learn and navigate multiple software and order-entry systems
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• A proactive, team-first mindset with a passion for motorsports and innovation
• Willingness to travel 15–20%, including weekends and summers
