Host at Goodfellas Pizzeria – Nashville, Tennessee

In order to be successful as a Host, candidates will have a variety of duties to complete. Their main responsibility will be greeting customers at the door as they arrive, but other duties to note include:

Guest Management: Handling guest lists, check-in procedures, and table reservations.

Customer Service: Providing a welcoming atmosphere, addressing guest inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

VIP Services: Coordinating VIP table reservations and bottle service.

Guest Relations: Answer questions about the food and beverage menu, as needed

Table management: Understand the needs of wait staff to ensure sections are not overcrowded

Communication: Interacting with guests, staff, and management to facilitate a positive experience.

Problem Solving: Addressing customer complaints and resolving issues efficiently.

Promotional Activities: In some cases, hosts may also be involved in promoting the club or specific events.

In essence, a host is the face of the Wiseguy Lounge, responsible for making a positive first impression and ensuring guests have an enjoyable time.
