This challenging and fast paced position will require a personable candidate with experience in--or a strong curiosity about--interior design for educational environments. You will work as part of a highly collaborative team which includes project designers, production architects, and a team of engineers. An ideal candidate brings strong inter-personal skills, an eagerness to develop technical expertise, and the ability to clearly communicate design ideas. You should be comfortable contributing creatively while also growing into the rigor of documentation, coordination, and execution that high-quality educational design demands.



Your Impact:

  • Contribute to interior design efforts from early planning through construction.

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and advance spatial and material strategies.

  • Communicate design intent through visual studies, renderings, and finish selections.

  • Produce interior construction documentation and support construction adminstration tasks, including RFIs and submittal reviews.

  • Manage multiple assignments in a collaborative, mentorship-driven studio environment.

Here's What You'll Need:

  • 0-5 years of professional experience.

  • Bachelor's degree in interior design, Interior Architecture, or Architecture.

  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to present design ideas clearly and confidently.

  • Proficiency in Revit or Sketchup, Enscape, Lumion, D5, or TwinMotion, Adobe Photoshop & InDesign, Bluebeam Revu, Office 365.

  • Portfolio required (PDF or link) showcasing interior design experience, including space planning, finish/material selections, and construction documentation samples.

  • NCIDQ certification or actively pursuing licensure.

  • Experience in educational, sports, or Corporate design environments
