The Installation Foreman is responsible for leading and managing the day-to-day operations of commercial HVAC installation projects. This role oversees crews on-site, coordinates with project managers and other trades, ensures work is completed according to drawings, specifications, and safety standards, and helps drive productivity to meet project timelines. The Installation Foreman plays a critical role in ensuring high-quality work and maintaining jobsite efficiency, safety, and communication.

1. Supervise and direct installation crews on commercial HVAC projects, including ductwork, piping, equipment, and insulation.
2. Read and interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, and job specifications to guide installation work.
3. Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, and general contractors to ensure job progression and resolve field issues.
4. Plan daily work schedules and assign tasks to installers based on project needs and priorities.
5. Ensure all work is completed safely, accurately, and in compliance with applicable codes and company standards.
6. Monitor material usage and inventory; request additional materials and equipment as needed.
7. Perform quality checks throughout installation to ensure proper alignment, fit, and function.
8. Maintain detailed daily reports, jobsite documentation, and labor hours.

1. Minimum of 5 years of commercial HVAC installation experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory or lead role.
2. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, commercial installation practices, and mechanical codes.
3. Ability to manage crews and coordinate effectively with project teams.
4. Experience working from construction documents, schematics, and mechanical blueprints.
5. OSHA 10 or 30 certification.
6. EPA Universal Certification.
