What You’ll Do:

· Meet with homeowners to evaluate heating, cooling, and indoor air quality needs

· Provide customized solutions for system replacements and upgrades

· Present financing options and educate customers on products and services

· Build trust and deliver outstanding customer service throughout the sales process

· Collaborate with installation teams to ensure seamless project completion

· Achieve and exceed individual and team sales goals

· Document all sales activity and maintain accurate records in CRM systems

· Other duties as assigned

What We Are Looking For:

· Previous sales experience in HVAC, plumbing, or home services highly preferred

· Strong ability to build rapport and earn trust with homeowners

· Consultative selling skills with the ability to clearly explain technical information

· Self-motivated, goal-driven, and results-oriented mindset

· Excellent communication and presentation skills

· Professional, positive, and team-focused attitude

· Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

· High school diploma or equivalent; technical background a plus

· Ability to work on a flexible schedule to accommodate the needs of the organization
