Position: Administrative Inventory Coordinator
Location: Middletown, PA
Classification: Full-Time, Hourly
Hours: 6am to 2pm Monday-Friday
Pay: $20.00-$24.00/hr. based on experience and qualifications.

What You’ll Do
This position completes all aspects of administrative coordination of the location with a high focus on detailed reporting, logistics of coin movement, inventory, general office management, data entry, and communication with customers and the corporate office. Production and material handling duties will be required as needed.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF AN ADMINISTRATIVE INVENTORY COORDINATOR:
1. Manage production documentation as assigned.
2. Collect, tally, and file inventory information regarding inbound and outbound coin activity.
3. Perform accounting and clerical functions to support inventory activities.
4. Coordinating logistics of coin movement with the corporate office and vendors.
5. Act as a point of Contact/Liaison with the corporate office (HR, Accounting, Shipping).
6. Compile and analyze inventory totals, sales, and related inventory movement.
7. Maintain files organized.
8. Run production as needed.
9. Operate equipment as assigned (forklift, pallet jack, etc.) ability to be trained for certification to use the equipment.
10. Other duties or special projects as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS OF AN ADMINISTRATIVE INVENTORY COORDINATOR:
1. One to four years of office administration experience in a high-volume manufacturing setting.
2. Experience with customer service, data entry, inventory management, and general office operations.
3. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
4. High level of confidentiality and attention to detail.
5. Excellent ability to interact professionally with all levels of personnel and management required.
6. Proficiency in math functions and inventory accounting basics.
7. Operate various, basic office equipment including computers, printer, fax, phone, etc.
8. Proficiency in basic computer programs and email systems (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
9. Ability to complete basic math (counting, addition, subtraction) and production paperwork.
10. Experience with mechanical/motorized lifts (i.e. forklift, electric pallet jack, manual pallet jack, etc.) including current certification or the ability to be trained for certification to use the equipment.
