About This Position

Role Overview

We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused leader to build and lead our end-to-end hiring and onboarding infrastructure across clinical and corporate teams. This role will design the systems, workflows, and accountability structures that ensure every candidate — from frontline staff to executive leadership — moves through a consistent, high-quality recruitment and onboarding experience.

This individual will partner closely with executive leadership, HR, clinical operations, and department heads to create a scalable hiring engine and onboarding framework to support national growth.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition Strategy

  • Design innovative recruiting strategies for clinical and non-clinical roles

  • Lead sourcing and hiring for leadership and C-level positions

  • Build role scorecards and structured hiring processes

  • Improve candidate pipeline quality and time-to-hire

Interview & Selection Operations

  • Coordinate multi-stage interviews and panel alignment

  • Standardize decision frameworks and evaluation tools

  • Ensure seamless candidate experience

Onboarding Infrastructure

  • Build and implement a standardized onboarding framework

  • Ensure all documentation, compliance, HR, and training steps are completed

  • Partner with licensing, credentialing, IT, and operations

Accountability & Systems

  • Create a centralized tracking system for candidate progress

  • Define ownership for each step across teams

  • Build dashboards and reporting for hiring + onboarding metrics

Qualifications

  • 7–12+ years in talent acquisition, people operations, or HR leadership

  • Experience hiring senior leadership or C-suite candidates

  • Experience building recruiting or onboarding systems from scratch

  • Strong operational mindset with ability to create process + accountability

  • Healthcare, telemedicine, or multi-state workforce experience preferred
