Sightseeing Student Seasonal Ticket Agent
Location: Montreal, QC
Status: Part-Time, Seasonal (Full-Time Hours Available During Peak Season)
Reports to: Immediate Supervisor / Manager
Coach Canada is hiring Seasonal Ticket Agents to support our Montreal sightseeing operations. This is a dynamic, customer-facing role ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people and thrive in a fast-paced tourism environment.
Sightseeing Student Seasonal Ticket Agent Key Responsibilities:
Provide accurate tour information and actively promote sightseeing services to guests.
Sell tickets, process transactions, and handle customer inquiries.
Book reservations and coordinate hotel pick-ups when required.
Deliver inclusive, accessible, and professional service to all guests.
Maintain accurate records and complete daily ticket and cash reconciliations.
Support team operations to ensure a smooth and exceptional guest experience.
Apply professionalism and de-escalation techniques when addressing guest concerns.
Sightseeing Student Seasonal Ticket Agent Qualifications:
Bilingual in French and English (required).
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, with strong overall computer literacy.
Attentive, personable, reliable, and accountable.
Ability to obtain criminal record check clearance.
Previous experience in customer service, tourism, hospitality, or ticketing is considered an asset.
Outdoor environment: Work takes place outdoors and involves engaging with tourists in various weather conditions.
Physical activity: Requires standing and walking for extended periods and frequently climbing bus steps.
High-energy environment: The role is designed to support high visitor volumes during peak summer tourism periods.
Sightseeing Student Seasonal Ticket Agent Availability Requirements:
Weekend availability is required
Must be available to work statutory holidays
Full-time hours available during peak season
