PurposeThe Democratic Attorneys General Association (DAGA) seeks to hire an Email and SMS Manager to execute DAGA’s email and SMS fundraising program.
Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with the Deputy Director of Digital Fundraising and DAGA’s consultants to develop and execute a best-in-class email and SMS fundraising programConceptualize and pitch innovative, data-driven email and SMS campaigns that drive revenue and engagementWrite, edit, and produce compelling, high-performing fundraising emails and text messages from concept through deploymentManage DAGA’s integrated email and SMS content calendar, ensuring strategic alignment with fundraising goals and organizational prioritiesIdentify and implement innovative strategies to maximize online fundraising opportunities throughlist growth, segmentation, automation, testing, and optimizationAnalyze campaign performance and deliver clear, actionable reporting and insights to inform strategy and improve resultsSupport additional digital fundraising initiatives and projects as needed

Qualifications4-5years of experience working in email fundraising in the progressive space (at agencies, committees, non-profits, or progressive organizations)Proficiency in HTML and CSSExperience writing and producing fundraising emails Experience with CRMs (such as NGP, Action Kit, or Action Network)Excellent oral and written communication skillsExcellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlinesAbility to function well in a fast-paced environmentCommitment to DAGA's missionDetailsIdeally in DC or willing to relocate.
