Qualifications
RS&H is currently seeking a senior administrative assistant to join our team! This position offers a hybrid schedule. As part of the team, you'll serve an integral role in the firm by providing administrative and project support to senior leaders and officers, which includes exposure to highly sensitive and confidential information; coordinating and scheduling meetings and appointments for senior leaders and officers, including attendance at external events; preparing reports, presentations, agreements and contract documents; process database entries and runs various reports; process registrations for conferences, sponsorships, and training events; and serving as a point of contact and resource for visitors.
To be successful in this role, you must:
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent and five years relevant experience with an Architecture/Engineering Firm. Associate's degree is preferred.
- Possess advanced knowledge of administrative duties, coordination of complex projects and events, and Microsoft Office, which include PowerPoint, Excel, Word, OneNote, Teams. Deltek experience preferred.
- Possess exceptional oral and written communications skills, as well as attention to detail, and strong organization and prioritization.
- Have the ability to effectively interact with and build relationships with clients, customers, contractors, and other key stakeholders.
