World Relief seeks a Newcomer Health Specialist based locally in Sheboygan to provide comprehensive case management and health navigation to program participants as they work toward meeting individualized goals and learn how to navigate their community independently. This role requires a high degree of flexibility to adapt to the changing needs of program participants and will include job duties in areas of intensive case management, healthcare coordination, and tailored education programming.

Must be available 9-5 M-F for clients and program related meetings, some very occasional evenings or weekends, there is no physical office in Sheboygan so position will be locally based but work from home.
