- Review and approve complex portfolio loans while applying bank policies.

- Coach and mentor junior underwriters, assisting with their training.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of mortgage guidelines and regulations.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- 5-7 years of relevant underwriting experience.

- Ability to interpret real estate appraisals and identify project risks.
- Advanced communication skills, both verbal and written.
