• Lead the preparation of statutory financial statements and annual reports.
• Maintain appropriate accounting policies and ensure correct accounting treatments.
• Monitor changes in accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee preparation of tax computations and liaise with external advisers.
• Ensure all tax, VAT, and statutory reporting deadlines are met.
• Manage the integrity of the general ledger and finance systems.

Requirements

• Professionally qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA, or equivalent).
• Strong background in financial control and statutory reporting.
• Solid understanding of FCA regulatory requirements.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Minimum 810 years experience in senior finance roles.
• Proven experience managing audits and regulatory reporting.
• Ability to communicate complex financial matters clearly.
• Experience in leading and developing finance teams.
