• Monitor and report on key performance indicators for collections, providing data-driven insights.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in collections, accounts receivable, or revenue cycle management, preferably in commercial insurance.
• Track record of improving recovery rates and reducing bad debt write-offs.
• Strong leadership experience managing teams and vendor relationships.
• Deep understanding of Workers' Compensation and Commercial Auto regulations.
