Senior Customer Success Manager

We are currently looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager in Australia.In this role, you will be the primary post-sales contact for enterprise customers, driving adoption, retention, and value realization across your portfolio. You will lead customer onboarding, implementation, and ongoing engagement while collaborating closely with internal teams such as Solutions Architects, Product, Engineering, and Sales. This position requires a strategic, proactive mindset with the ability to influence multiple stakeholders and manage complex customer environments. You will act as the voice of the customer, advocate for their needs internally, and continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and drive business outcomes. The role combines technical understanding, relationship management, and strategic thinking in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Accountabilities:
  • Lead technical onboarding and ensure smooth adoption of products for enterprise customers
  • Build strong relationships with customer stakeholders across multiple levels, including technical teams and executives
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues, escalate when necessary, and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Educate customers on product features, best practices, and security principles through training and guidance
  • Advocate for customer needs, providing feedback to Product, Engineering, and Sales teams to drive improvements
  • Monitor customer health, manage escalations, and proactively reduce churn while identifying expansion opportunities
  • Take ownership of your customer portfolio, acting with autonomy to drive outcomes and time-to-value
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in customer-facing roles within enterprise environments (Customer Success, Technical Account Management, Professional Services, or related)
  • Strong technical knowledge, ideally in cloud computing, containers, DevSecOps, AppSec, or software security
  • Experience working with federal or highly regulated customers, with the ability to obtain security clearance (NV1/NV2)
  • Excellent relationship management, communication, and collaboration skills with both technical and business stakeholders
  • Proven ability to manage complex customer portfolios and make strategic decisions autonomously
  • High emotional intelligence, strong prioritization skills, and a proactive mindset
  • Familiarity with early-stage startups and scaling processes is preferred
