About This Position

Description: Creative Director / Creative Agency – Scope of Work
Role Overview

The Creative Director (or creative agency partner) will lead creative development for The Springs Resort and Murrieta Hot Springs Resort, ensuring all campaigns, brand materials, and guest-facing assets are cohesive, compelling, and performance-driven while building the resort brands.

We anticipate approximately 12 campaign moments per year across two resorts. These are not intended to be 12 entirely new brand campaigns. Instead, we expect one to two overarching campaigns that build equity over time, with seasonal, offer-based, and performance-driven variations layered in by quarter or season.

Creative support will include imagery, video, and copy that can be adapted across channels (paid media, website, email, paid social, and on-property touchpoints). Photography and video will be provided.

We are actively exploring the best way to balance brand-building and performance needs, and we see this as an opportunity for strategic partnership. As part of the evaluation process, we are interested in understanding how potential partners would approach this challenge, including how they would structure campaigns, manage cadence, and design a creative system that scales efficiently without overproduction.

The Creative Director/Agency will work closely with internal marketing team members to ensure creative aligns with channel strategy, audience segments, and business goals.
