The therapist must be able to work independently and in teams and make appropriate decisions based on each patient's functional needs. Requirements

Graduate of an accredited Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant program.

Active or eligible for state license.

Prior experience in an outpatient setting is preferred, but not required.
