General Virtual Assistant - Entry

Provide scalable executive and operational support to free founders time, improve response speed, streamline onboarding and invoicing, and support the successful launch and growth of Cater Directly.

Vendor onboarding

Data entry into marketplace platform

Invoicing and light bookkeeping (trained internally)

Customer support intake, proposal preparation, and order confirmation

Data Governance

Making and Importing Lists

Mass Email Sending (Templated emails)

Internal Coordination

Fill out certification paperwork

Task management

Follow up

Schedule: Monday - Friday

Location: Makati, Philippines: this is a hybrid setup

This position operates under a hybrid work setup:

Proximal hires (Makati and nearby areas): Employees within commuting distance of the Makati office will be required to report onsite as part of the hybrid arrangement.

Non-proximal hires (Visayas, Mindanao): Employees outside commuting proximity will remain fully remote.

Training Arrangement: All new hires must undergo onsite training at the Makati office. After training and deployment to their assigned accounts, the hybrid arrangement will apply.

Salary Range : PHP22,000 - PHP25,000
