- Oversees day-to-day property management and facility troubleshooting efforts.
- Provides project management for office openings and moves, coordinating space planning and build-out work.
- Ensures facilities comply with OSHA regulations and addresses issues in collaboration with risk management.
- Manages furniture needs for the organization, including ordering, deliveries, and repairs.
- Completes lease abstracts and maintains lease files, reviewing construction documents.
- Coordinates with the People team to equip new hires workspaces appropriately.
- Manages security cards and coordinates safety training and installations.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Bachelors degree in facilities management or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of facilities management experience with knowledge of building codes and renovation procedures.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage a diverse workload and shifting priorities.
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed for smooth execution of office move-related tasks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
- Solid analytical, decision-making, researching, and organizational capabilities.
