- Partner with designers to take projects from concept to launch, ensuring high-quality execution
- Collaborate with senior leaders to establish clear cross-functional processes and communication
- Develop and refine team workflows, rituals, and tools to improve collaboration in a remote-first setting
- Manage multiple workstreams, balancing priorities, schedules, and resources to maximize team impact
- Anticipate and resolve challenges, connecting stakeholders and keeping projects moving forward
- Capture and communicate the story of design work to align design, product, and engineering teams
- Advocate for inclusive and accessible design practices across all outputs
- 7+ years of experience as a design producer, design program manager, or design leadership role
- Proven track record of supporting multidisciplinary creative teams and delivering new product experiences
- Strong project management skills, with experience handling complex priorities and shifting timelines
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills to influence and align diverse stakeholders
- Comfortable creating project plans, maintaining documentation, and capturing meeting notes
- Passion for design craft, inclusivity, and accessibility, with the ability to champion these values
- Portfolio or examples demonstrating success in helping teams produce high-quality creative work
- Competitive base salary ($225,000$310,000 USD) plus equity
