- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for removable dental products, ensuring seamless alignment across physical and digital workflows
- Develop and execute product strategies that drive market share growth, adoption, retention, and revenue expansion
- Gather and analyze customer feedback, usage data, and market insights to inform product decisions and improvements
- Collaborate with engineering, design, operations, manufacturing, and marketing teams to implement innovative product features
- Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating complex requirements into actionable plans
- Partner with ML/AI and robotics teams to accelerate product development and enhance workflow efficiency
- Define, track, and report on key performance metrics for product performance, user satisfaction, and market objectives
- 8+ years of professional experience in product management, strategy, and operations
- Bachelors degree in business, engineering, computer science, materials science, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to convert data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in problem-solving
- Comfortable with ambiguity and adapting in a fast-paced startup environment
- Passion for user experience and customer-centric product development
- Deep understanding of product development processes
- Experience with data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, or Tableau
- Experience working with ML/research teams
- Familiarity with dental or healthcare industries
- Knowledge of removable dental prosthetics (full or partial dentures)
