You will own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept to delivery, ensuring alignment across engineering, operations, design, and marketing teams. • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for removable dental products, ensuring seamless alignment across physical and digital workflows
• Develop and execute product strategies that drive market share growth, adoption, retention, and revenue expansion
• Gather and analyze customer feedback, usage data, and market insights to inform product decisions and improvements
• Collaborate with engineering, design, operations, manufacturing, and marketing teams to implement innovative product features
• Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating complex requirements into actionable plans
• Partner with ML/AI and robotics teams to accelerate product development and enhance workflow efficiency
• Define, track, and report on key performance metrics for product performance, user satisfaction, and market objectives

Requirements:

• 8+ years of professional experience in product management, strategy, and operations
• Bachelors degree in business, engineering, computer science, materials science, or related field
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to convert data into actionable insights

• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in problem-solving
