On-Site Property Manager
Employment type: full-time
On-Site Property Manager for HOA Located in Greenacres Area
SCHEDULE: Monday -- Friday 9:00 am -- 5:30 pm, With Monthly Evening Meeting.
REPORTS TO: Company CEO & Operations Manager, Community Board of Directors
COMPANY PROFILE: Allied Property Management Group, Inc. is a 20+ year established boutique style firm specializing in the management of Community Associations (Condominiums, Co-Ops and Homeowners Associations). The head office is located in West Palm Beach with a Broward office located in Ft. Lauderdale. The company is in growth mode primarily due to a strong focus on enhanced technological offerings for clients, building customer relationships and always finding ways to improve processes and service through the continued adoption and implementation of innovative technology.
Job Description The selected candidate will be working as an On-Site property manager. This includes:
Working with directly with the Board of Directors and assigned liaison
Direct on-site staff, including maintenance team of 3, and admin
Daily review of property conditions, including noting vendor work and violations
Preparing for, attending, and conducting monthly Board Meeting
Working with back office staff to ensure timely delivery of financial reports, application processing and interaction with unit owners.
Prepare property maintenance plans and work with vendors and maintenance staff to ensure property care.
Working with Maintenance Staff
General assistance to Board of Directors and unit owners via phone and email
The successful candidate must:
Have at least 2+ years of On-Site management success
Be able to balance competing priorities
Have demonstrated strong organizational background
Proven track record of delighting Board of Directors and consistent communication abilities
Have experience working with and directing subordinates
Be able to pass background check and drug screening
Have full comprehensive knowledge and understanding of relevant Florida Statutes.
Be able to efficiently balance competing priorities, and handle full workload
Essential Skills
Strong Computer skills MS Windows, MS Office, internet, etc.
Strong problem solving skills with minimal assistance from supervisors
Must be able to anticipate problems and intercept and resolve them
Must be highly organized and able to handle the needs of many communities
Ability to diffuse situations in a positive way statesman and ambassador of the company
Ability to multi task constantly, as well as being highly organized
Strong customer service and listening skills
Must be a self-starter requiring little to no direct supervision
Able to accept feedback with enthusiasm and use it to grow professionally
Constantly making observations for process improvements and suggest to management
Proper communication and typing skills
Requirements
High school diploma, college preferred
Current, valid CAM license - applicants without will not be contacted
Stable work history and minimum of 2+ years on-site management
Strong background in customer service and operations
Occasional flexibility in work schedule to meet company and client needs
Must have full grasp of English language and able to articulate effectively Compensation & Benefits
$65 000 to 72 000 (including satisfactory quarterly performance incentive)-Commensurate with experience and ability.
