Senior Accountant at PBACO Holding LLC – Palm Springs, Florida

The Senior Accountant will play a key role in maintaining the financial integrity of PBACO by overseeing general ledger activities, supporting month-end close, and ensuring accurate financial reporting. This role works closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and compliance in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

• Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules

• Lead or support monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes

• Maintain the general ledger and ensure accuracy in financial records

• Assist with financial statements, management reports, and variance analysis

• Support budgeting and forecasting processes

• Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal accounting policies

• Assist with audits, including preparation of audit schedules and responses

• Collaborate with operations and clinical teams to ensure proper expense allocation

• Monitor and analyze expenses, accruals, and revenue recognition

• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and internal controls

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (required)

• 4–7 years of progressive accounting experience

• Healthcare, ACO, or medical services experience strongly preferred

• Strong knowledge of GAAP

• Experience with month-end close and financial reporting

• Proficiency in Excel; experience with accounting systems and ERPs

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
